Karinna Rojas is a Senior Global HR Executive, Executive Coach, and Thought Leader with more than two decades of international experience helping organizations and leaders navigate transformation, accelerate growth, and build high-performing, human-centered cultures.

 

Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles at globally recognized organizations, including AT&T, Lucent/Nokia, Lexmark International, and Siemens. Partnering with executive teams across industries and regions, Karinna has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, shaped people strategies, and strengthened leadership effectiveness in complex, fast-changing environments.

 

As the General Manager and Principal Advisor of Consultank, Karinna partners with organizations, executive teams, and emerging leaders to unlock potential, shift mindsets, and transform leadership from the inside out. Her work bridges strategy and execution, ensuring transformation moves beyond vision into everyday leadership and organizational practice.
